1. General Policy
At KOOKABURRAS COMEDY, we understand that plans can change. Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the event start time and are issued at our discretion. After this 24-hour period, refunds are generally not available, except in exceptional circumstances determined by us.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email kookaburrascomedy@gmail.com with:
- Your full name
- Event name and date
- Order confirmation or ticket number
- Reason for the refund request
We’ll review your request and respond as soon as possible.
3. Ticket Exchanges
Instead of a refund, we may offer the option to transfer your ticket to another upcoming KOOKABURRAS COMEDY event (subject to availability). This option must be requested before the event and is also at our discretion.
4. Event Changes or Cancellations
If KOOKABURRAS COMEDY cancels or significantly changes an event (e.g. venue change, headline act cancellation), we’ll contact affected ticket holders via email and offer:
- A full refund, or
- A transfer to another event of your choice.
5. Third-Party Ticketing Platforms
Tickets purchased through third-party platforms (such as Humanitix or Eventbrite) are also subject to the terms and conditions of those providers. Refunds or transfers must follow both our policy and the platform’s system.
